Really torn between 2 and 3 stars. Have via. Social Deal Ordered 5 pick-up meals. When I arrived I was told that my order was not received and my phone number was incorrect. My food was then trz. Prepared and I was told that I could pick it up at the earliest 1 hour and 15 minutes later (both waiting times together well over 2 hours ...) At home, then checked again whether my order really went out and lo and behold, I have everything correctly filled out and even sent with the correct telephone number ... (I cannot understand whether this was a SocialDeals mistake or an error in the restaurant). In general, the lady who served me was very stressed and didn't come across as really friendly, which I found a shame in such a situation. Then at home the food unpacked and really really disappointed with the schnitzel. The schnitzel tasted like they were frozen. Because it says everywhere that they have great schnitzel, I conclude that people who order through SocialDeal simply get a poor quality meat served. Which I think is a shame because the sauces were really well made and so were the fried potatoes! Unfortunately, the whole thing around it means that I won't come back. If you eat there it seems to be better. A little thing you could possibly be asked when ordering would be whether you should pack to save space. So much plastic was used to pack the dessert because half would have fit if you had just packed the cakes in a box (it's a good thing to pack individually but if the customer thinks it's okay, why not pay attention to it)

Rustic restaurant in the brewery style. Everyone knows each other here. In addition to regular guests, there are also many other guests who want to enjoy the good food. The food is great. My soup and schnitzel could have been a little hotter. Since a lot of guests were in the restaurant on Saturday evening, it seemed a bit hectic overall. Our mayonnaise was also forgotten or delivered very late. All in all, however, a worthwhile stay and very friendly service. We will come back.

We have eaten delicious food here several times and have always been served attentively and professionally. After there were small deductions in the B note last time because of schnitzel that had been delivered too small by the butcher and ended up on the plate because of an accident in the kitchen, this was after our feedback today with a free soup and a nightcap more than done well. Thank you again for that! Conclusion: nice atmosphere, very tasty food, attentive and committed service. Of course, we will keep coming regularly!

Good home-style food in a rustic atmosphere. The Sauerbraten is particularly recommended. Perfect when you feel like "home cooking". The delivery service was extremely quick and friendly.

Fantastic food for Father's Day! There were five of us here and really enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. For the ordered main course there was for everyone a soup before and an ice cream and a liquor for dessert on the house. The dishes, especially the asparagus, were delicious! Price / performance ratio top. Highly recommended the Burtscheider source.
